We were tired of having to use and edit hundreds of template files every time we needed to create a new rental lease agreement or correspond with tenants.

It was just too much work. That’s why we decided to get information from other landlords and property managers and create OneDollarLandlordForms.com.

What formats do your forms come in?

Microsoft Word Documents and PDFs.
