Before we provide you with information on “how to write a 30 day notice” we will describe a 30-day notice. It is a real estate term used when a landlord wants a tenant to leave or a tenant wishes to vacate a property. It is a courteous document used to give ample time to the party receiving the document to make other arrangements. For our purposes this is from the landlord’s perspective. Before we explain how to write a 30 day notice, we need to determine if this is the appropriate form for use.

- A month to month rental agreement or week to week rental agreement.
- Unpaid rent

- Been charged with a criminal offense

OR
