This is not a comprehensive list, and Tenant(s)’ signature(s) on the Addendum indicates Tenant(s)’ acknowledgement that items may not be included on this list, which may require repair if damaged, and certain items included on the list may be on occasion more costly to repair or replace, such as if the item is of higher than standard quality.
